You simply peel off the backing, stick onto the fabric and start stitching! Once you finish the embroidery, submerge your fabric in warm water and watch the paper disappear.

Additional Tips:
* If necessary, depending on the fabric pre-wash fabric before stick and stitching to prevent any shrinkage.
* Stick and stitch stickers have a medium stickiness. Hence please give it a good rub onto your fabric against a hard surface. You will find this to be true of all stick & stitch stickers regardless of the brand or suppliers.
* I have notices warm water works best at dissolving stabilizer
* If your needle gets little sticky from time to time, it's best to clean it off with some rubbing alcohol and let it dry before stitching
